Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

I installed these on a Vosteed Vallhund. I received the knife recently with the blade off-center and some side-to-side blade play. I think that might have been to get the blade to operate smoothly. IDK. I installed Skiff bearings and tightened the pivot to snug, then backed it off just a hair. Blade drops shut, smooth as butter and absolutely no blade play. The bearings fit perfectly. Happy customer.
