Love these!
I installed these 5mm Thick Washers into two Ti QSP Penguins: the regular Ti Framelock (QS130-Q) and the C Risner exclusive Jigged Ti Mini (QS130-XS). The washers fit without any issues, but for those who care about cosmetics, I should note that both the stock bearings and the Skiff Thick Washers leave a small gap between their outer diameters and the edge of the bearing pockets of Ti Framelock Penguins. The gap shouldn't affect function though.
The washers experienced distinct break-in periods as they mated to their neighboring surfaces, eventually necessitating a disassembly, cleaning, and re-lube (I believe this is normal for all phosphor bronze washers). They've been really smooth and solid since then, providing their knives very confident actions.
Update after a few weeks: the Ti Mini Penguin can now flick open on its Skiff Thick Washers! I've given away the regular Ti Penguin, so I can't provide any updates on that.
These skiff washers are perfect! Excellent product, awesome company.
I like the feel of washers better than bearings on knives and these washers worked perfectly on 2 of my Kizer knives. I used the chart on this website to find the correct size. Just wiped the washers with some mineral oil and replaced the bearings with them.
