Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

Wow! I heard Skiff were good, but didn’t expect to feel such a difference on what was already a great knife, Protech Malibu. As soon as you see them you can tell they are a cut above. The install was easy (the Fingerbit tool Skiff makes helped the install go smooth)……oh those bearings……they make the knife feel crazy precision smooth. I wil upgrade all my bearing knives for sure. replaced OEM bearing in a Spyderco Amalgam. Extra bearings and location of extra bearing actually stabilized the knife blade (more surface area contact). Great job as usual.
