Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

At this point, I‘ve only installed one set. Unfortunately, I can’t really notice much difference. Sorry, I wish I could be more encouraging.

Imagine walking, and it goes smoothly, like on your toes, that's a brief description of the action in the WE Esprit. When I installed 5 mm Ceramic Bearings: 1/16 in (12 ball) it would feel like you got wings and were flying… Awesome.
Replaced OEM bearings because blade didn't open the way I thought it should, skiff bearings were perfect fit and knife opens as it should.
